In May, men and women in traditional garb present dances in honour of the Lord. It is in Moirang too that the graceful Khamba Thoibi dance originated, celebrated in May. The ritual dance festival of Lai Haraoba is held annually. Fly to Imphal from Kolkata, and then hop on to one of the many buses that ply between Imphal and Moirang (45km) or hire a cab.
