Trees Too Close To Your Home Can Cause Water Damage
Do you like the look of a lot of trees in the yard of your neighbor? Would you like to have that many in yours? Some of you would and some would not. These trees do look nice, but they can be a real big problem if they are to close to your homes. These trees can send branches down on your roofs to cause unwanted damage. They can cause damage to the foundations of your home as well. They might send all kinds of leaves to plug up your gutters. The worst thing is that these close by trees can allow all kinds of water damage to hit this home.
Then those same trees might keep the areas of water to stay as it will not let any sun light to get at this home to allow the water to dry up. The sitting water will seep into all of the exposed areas of your home where it will stay wet for some time. If you go to build a home on a piece of land you will need to make sure that you do not have any trees too close. You can put them at least thirty feet from your home. Doing this will keep all of this stuff that falls from them away from your home. All of those big trees have really big roots and these can run for quite a ways from this tree. Putting them this far will keep those roots from doing any damage either.
You will want professional landscapers to come in and do this job for you. You can tell them how many you want and where you want them put. If they do not agree with you on this you can get with them and together you can see where it would be best to have them planted. They will listen to your plans and then check if this will work. In some cases you might have to cut back on the number of trees you can have as it just might be too many for the size of your yard.
These landscapers will do such a good job with this that you might even forget that this was not the way you wanted it. These people do this every day and they know the best things to do to get the results you want. They might even be able to leave some place for something else that you might want to add in this yard later on. This might be that big pool or even a swing set. Trees are beautiful, but have them in the right place.
